Real Estate

If you're selling real estate, you know the importance of first impressions. More than 60 percent of house hunters use the web for their initial house search and that percentage will continue to grow. On a web search, each picture appears more or less the same. How do you make yours stand out? A good picture isn't enough.

Without misrepresenting the property, we can give you an advantage. Digital cameras are great, but tend to produce a fairly flat image. Even the best pictures can stand some improving. With so much money at stake, don't let you first impression be ordinary. Make it POP!

This house looks fine, but the day was overcast and the bare ground and vehicle at right create distrations.

We created a clear blue sky, brightened the image, de-emphasiszed the ground, "cut back" the branches (call it external de-cluttering)and brought out the natural beauty of the house.

A basic ranch, but seems overwhelmed by tress and shadows.

We increased the light and removed the branches.

Other removal of a newspaper on the sidewalk, this house didn't need much.

Some general brightening (and object removal) and it pops.

Basic ranch house, but again, too dark, grass is drab.

We lightened the image and removed some branches. This house is now inviting.
