Color Cast
Most old photographs fade or color shift with age no matter
how carefully looked after. Take a good look at some of your most cherished
family pictures, and you may be shocked to learn that the colors have
changed with age. They may now have an orange or red cast masking the
other colors. |

Lines, tears and creases
An old photograph allowed to deteriorate this way will only get worse,
and in fact, may just fade away over time. The good news is that through the
use of modern digital photo restoration methods we can fix it!

Faded and yellowed
Black and white photos change as well, and can turn yellow with age.
This photo was taken about 1928 and had faded over time, and the top had
become washed out. Restoring the original black and white contrast
brings new life to the photo and preserves the memory of a house that
no longer exists.

Bad Background
We all have photos, which were great snapshots except for a distracting
background. We can turn a good snapshot into a photo worthy of framing. |

Lost Cause
Even seemingly "lost cause" photographs can often be saved.
This photo, taken without flash and developed in a home darkroom in 1955
reveals itself after restoration.
